Creationism is the religious belief that God created humans, as documented in Genesis.

Evolution is the scientific theory that current living organisms developed from preexisting life forms or species through changes in inherited characteristics over successive generations. Different theories of evolution propose different mechanisms to propel progressive development within a species (such as Lamarckism and Darwinism). 

Fundamentalism, as it applies to Christianity, is the belief in a literal or rigid interpretation of scripture.
